Redfin data for the three months from July through September 2026, via Agent Pronto, puts the median sale price at $785,000 — down 2.8 percent from the spring quarter — with 527 homes sold and a median of 54 days on market. About 23 percent of homes sold above their list price, and with roughly 3.9 months of supply, sellers and buyers are meeting on fairly even ground.
